This 16 level apartment building due for construction in the heart of Auckland’s thriving CBD, will house a ground floor restaurant, and 16 individual penthouse apartments on each of the residential floors. Complex planning was required to bring the project through to both resource and building consent approval, managed & executed by Falconers expert team. The development has been on sold to an independent third party for construction – not yet commenced.
